Howard: No! ahh awww, those 2 songs, I lasted through those 2 songs

Howard: The 2 Bowie songs, Heroes and ummm Starman and uh The Black
Crowes, Jealous Again..
Robin: and Jon Bon Jovi....It's My Life

Howard: uhh uhhh..Starman

Howard: You started things off and I wanted to say, those are 2 fairly
long songs...
Gary: What? did you cuddle during Heroes?
Howard: Yes!, yes I did!
Gary: Cause Heroes is a cuddling(inaudible)
Robin: That's what I was wondering, was that when everything had calmed
down...now it's time to..
Howard: Steven Tyler's music, I tell ya...it does get things going..
Robin: It does..
Howard: It really does.. it's uhhhh
Robin: I'm not even gonna..do you find yourself keeping time to the
music?
Howard: You know...ah a little bit, but I gotta tell ya another thing,
I kept thinking..gee I know Steven's calling in for 9/11,I gotta compliment
him because the music is better then ever...
Robin: It's perfect..
Howard: It's perfect..
Steven: Well thank you Howard...
Howard: And I swear to God it honestly is..
Gary: Great band..
Howard: I don't know how you keep doing it..
Steven: Ohh Lord..
Howard: Hey uh..
Steven: It's the people..ya know..it's the people..
Howard: By the way I read..uhh I know that you were close to your first
wife..even though you guys weren't together, I read that she died and I want
to offer my condolences...
Steven: Yeah, she passed away a few days ago and I been in New
York the whole time and uhh.....it's uhhh life on life's terms, right Howard?
Howard: That's right..
Robin: Absolutely..
Howard: Ya know I was just talking to, awhhh well , alot of people
have called in this morning, ya know the Governor, the former mayor, Donald
Trump, uhh Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, so many people and Billy Joel said something
that really shocked me..he said that he has been unable to write music since
9/11, he can't come up with a song...
Steven:..ummm
Howard: That actually affected him in that profound way..
Robin: yeah he's uhh sorta blocked...
Howard: Yeah and....
Steven: That's too bad, that's a sad thing...
Howard: Where were you a year ago today?
Steven: Ahhh...we were in Virginia Beach getting ready to play
that night and obviously you know the world stood still that day and, and
ummm and we were put on hold for a week as well and then tried to climb out
of, you know, out of the tragedy, but I just, you know, I want to acknowledge..Rudolf
Gulliani you know and and the people who died and those who struggled to clean
up after the attack, the firemen, the policemen, the canine units...
Howard: Right...
Steven:You know and the relentless volunteer people.. who set
a new precedence for if you ever need a helping hand, you'll find one at the
end of your own arm..
Howard: Yeah..that's true, I mean, I'm, I'm....
Steven: Everybody, ya know...
Howard: Everyone was so good man...everybody really just held it together
and helped one another, it's pretty remarkable
piece of history, I....you get angry still?
Steven: I do...
Howard: You, are you one of these guys that uhhh ..
Robin: What?...one of these guys that what?.....
Howard: That wants to like ya know... I dun know...
Robin: Kick some butt?
Howard: Kick some ass?, I mean Iraq? all that? or are you feeling like
maybe that's an over reaction?
Steven: I think that's an over reaction, I think in the last
20 years we've gotten a lot more with dialogue and opening up and trying to
see what's really going on...ummm, you know anger of course was the first
thing, umm you know I mean the shock..you know..it's it's, it left me speechless
for once in my life..
Howard: Yeah I know...
Steven: And ummmm..you know I put everybody on hold and I think
we need to reflect and see what's going on and then maybe kick some butt huh?
Howard: Yep....
Steven: But something has to be done..but we have to see it
with eyes wide open..
Howard: You bet...
Steven: You know, instead of being closed with anger..
Howard: Yeah I tell ya, we're about to, we're about 20 minutes away
from playing, not even 20 minutes, 10 minutes away from playing a rebroadcast
that day, I was shocked, I mean I was like sitting on the air and I'm watching
this whole thing go on and uh and we were doing a dumb bit about, I was at
Scores with Pamela Anderson and everyone was goofing on me cause I'm some
sort of homo cause I didn't score with her that night...
Robin: Yeah...that would have never happened to you Steven..I tell
you that..
Howard..Yeah. you would have scored.....
Steven: Ohh yeah.....
(laughter)
Robin: You would never have a story like that...
Howard: Everyone was goofing on me and all of a sudden this plane,
I'm watching it on tv, someone said put on the tv and I'm on the air and I'm
like whoa...and right away I, I ya know, I just said this is, this is devasting,
I mean people were jumping out of a building..it was unbelievable....
Robin: And there was nothing you could do..it was the most powerless
you have ever felt...
Steven: It was beyond stress.... stress, stress is when you
wake up screaming and realize you haven't fallen asleep yet..
Howard: Yeah..
Steven: This was just real of the moment (clears throat) nobody
knew what was next...
Robin: Yeah we were sitting here waiting, well what building is next?
Steven: Yeah..
Howard: Yep..well anyway I just, I'm glad you just called in and you're
part of the show and umm I think the world of you Steven..you're the best..
Steven: Thank you very much man.....
Howard: Alright man, thanks

AEROSMITH PICANTE
Joe Perry esta comercializando botellas de su propia salsa picante,
llamada Joe Perry’s Rock Your World Boneyard Brew Hot Sauce, algo asi como
un poco larga para tener que pedirla por su nombre, pero no hace falta que

FURY es una nueva banda a tener en cuenta, en los próximos meses sacaran
su CD. Y en este, su primer trabajo ha contado con el apoyo para realizarlo
de Aerosmith, entre otros como Ozzy Osbourne y Scott Brown
Joey Kramer ha realizado una serie de 450 samples y loops de batería, dejándolos
a disposición de toso aquel que quieran utilizarlos . Kramer ha decidido estar
a disposición para unirse a otras banda sin tener que dejar a Aerosmith. Y
lo más importante es que quien haga uso de estos loops, no tendrá que pagar
nada a cambio.
El ex lider de Shotgun Messiah Zinny J. Zan esta acabando de grabar su nuevo
trabajo City Boy Blues en solitario. Su compañia de discos FastLane Records
describe este nuevo proyecto como algo entre Ozzy y Aerosmith

Mientras esperamos con mucha ansia el concierto por tierras mexicanas. En
la gira de "O YEAH! THE ULTIMATE AEROSMITH HITS", que estan haciendo por los
Estados Unidos se dice que sigue siendo todo un éxito.

Aerosmith toco para el mundial:
Como ya se sabia , Aerosmith ha participado del mundial de futbol de Corea/Japon
2002. La banda, desde su llegada causo gran repercusion en el lejano oriente,
siendo entrevistados por Mezamashi TV.
A pesar que las entradas eran bastante caras, el Tokio Stadium donde actuaron
estaba al repleto.

AEROSMITH y DISNEY LAND se han acordado crear una nueva atracción,
la montaña rusa del Rock & Roll.
La "Rock 'n' Roller Coaster" de Aerosmith, se lanza este verano en los
Disney-MGM Studios como parte de la más grande expansión
de propiedades en la historia de Walt Disney World.
Bruce Fairbain ha fallecido. El productor musical de
grupos como Aerosmith (Permanent Vacation, Pump, Get a Grip, Big Ones),
Bon Jovi (Splippery When Wet, New Jersey), Kiss, Van Halen y AC/DC entre otros,
fue encontrado muerto en su casa de Vancouver el pasado el 18 de Mayo.
Las causas de la muerte son por el momento desconocidas.
Steven va a necesitar ser operado de nuevo de la rodilla. Según parece no
estaba completamente recuperado de su lesión cuando se reanudó la gira americana.
Por ello necesita una nueva intervención.Después se rumorea que los chicos
se podrían poner a trabajar en un nuevo disco de estudio, pero todo depende
de la recuperación de Steven y de cuando acabe la gira, ya que algunos dicen
que podría continuar por el oeste de los "states" ....

en la sede de D/C en Michigan
La longeva banda de rock aprovechó una de las paradas de su gira para
promocionar un modelo de la marca que llevará su nombre.

La legendaria banda de rock Aerosmith ha hecho un breve
paréntesis en su última gira por Estados Unidos para visitar la sede de
DaimlerChrysler en Michigan para promocionar una edición especial de un
camión que tendrá el nombre del grupo. |
| Los componentes del Aerosmith fueron recibidos por todos
los trabajadores de esta sede del consorcio germanonorteamericano. Steven
Tyler, cantante del grupo, comentó al respecto que parecía "un día de
nieve", al ver a los trabajadores dejar sus puestos durante dos horas
para la ocasión. Aunque los empleados de D/C no pudieron disfrutar de
una actuación en directo de la banda, Aerosmith dejó su huella firmando
autógrafos en un Dodge Ram Pickup. El guitarrista Tom Hamilton comentó
que «es la primera vez que me piden que firme en un camión». |

Ahora mismo los Aerosmith están tomandose unas cortas
(y merecidas) vacaciones tras finalizar la primera gira por USA. Volverán
el 9 de octubre con un concierto en Vancouver, Canadá.
Aquí tienes las canciones que tocaron en el concierto que inicialmente
estaba programado para el 13 de Septiembre, pero que fue aplazado por
el atentado sufrido pro USA.

Los premios Yahoo que se celebrarian el 20 de Septiembre
en que Aerosmith está nominado, fueron postergados hasta nuevo aviso
debido a los ataques terroristas en EE.UU. Mientras, en la radios
de USA esta semana, canciones de Live, Moby, Jewel, Aerosmith y Enya
se han convertidos en verdaderos tributos musicales, debido a los
hechos ocurridos el martes 11 de septiembre. Con respecto a Aerosmith,

Como no, antes de comenzar el concierto el público gritaba "USA, USA". Pero
no solo eso, durante el estribillo de Beyond Beautiful (Yeah! She's a beyond
beautiful....) apareció la bandera americana en las pantallas gigantes.
Además Tyler dijo unas palabras: "No permitiremos que nadie nos aterrorice,
nosotros creémos en la vida, la libertad, y en el ROCK AND ROLL!!". En la
página de aerofanatic hay un completo estudio sobre los ingresos en taquilla
de la actul gira. La média aproximada es de: 800.000$ recaudados en cada concierto

El batería del grupo, Joey Kramer, sufrió un accidente cuando su Ferrari
descapotable comenzó a arder mientras repostaba en una gasolinera.
Se quemó los brazos mientras se protegía la cara. El Ferrari quedó destrozado
y se espera que Joey se halle completamente repuesto para continuar la gira
americana el 9 de Septiembre.
